My People Travelling Around Country

This picture depicts travelling around Eunice’s country. She explains “my people love travelling around country. We used to travel around tjanpi (spinifex grass) and tali (sandhills) country. There are rockholes everywhere; we used to look for them to find water and kuka (food). We also collected wangurnu (spinifex seed). We’d also find kalpari, which is boiled and used to kill scabies by rubbing into the skin, it’s a lovely smell. There is also lots of kampurarrpa (bush raisins) and yarrbgurli (native black berries). You can find everything in the desert.
